 Isis II is dead On the 10th of January, eK
announced Isis II's official death.Written by VF : January 11th 2001 It's official: Isis II is dead.Isis II has been alive for a pretty long time, it started summer 1999. But for some months now, no one have heard anything serious happening about it, though it has been discussed a lot in the public Keen forums. And the 10th of January (2001 -edited), eK (I think he's about the only one from the Isis team who has not disappeared) said this: "Isis is dead. Three of it's team members, one of the artists (A.A.), the programmer (DML), and the primary level designer have all disappeared. It probably won't ever be released for a couple reasons. The primary reason is that if we released it we'd want to release the level editor, and if we did that we'd be releasing lots of art that would give away the rest of the game. For a while I didn't want to do this because I thought Isis still had a chance. If I finally decide it doesn't, It will probably be released in it's current form, along with the level editor."
