I NEED TO KNOW THE TIME!
In Keen 4, If you use a Sprite Test Cheat (F10-T), You will notice that Keen shows his watch. We are investiagting, how he shows it, or why it's actually there!

To let you know: He won't look his watch. I have seen the sprite with sprite test cheat too, but I think that's just a sprite that iD forgot to remove. So, don't spend your time searching a place where Keen would watch.

Sprite Test Cheat.  You can see what sprites there are on the current level, active debug mode and then hit F10 + T. Use up and down arrows.

In my version Keen looks at his watch, do this thing with his shoulders and after some time he sits and reads his book.

I have 1.4, I've never seen anything else. Actually, I once made a fake screenshot of keen staring at his watch. I'd always figured it was a sprite that they'd never implemented... Keen looks at his watch. That's cool!

I'm terribly sorry, I really hadn't any idea that in some versions he looks his watch. He doesn't do that on my versions of Keens.

I remember him blinking, looking up, and reading a book. I've seen pictures of keen looking at his watch, but I just figured it was something of a joke...
BTW, can someone who gets that post a screenshot?

I am terribly sorry.
I looked at my version of Keen 4 v1.4 and I saw he indeed didn't watch his watch.
I downloaded version 1.0 and he still didn't watch his watch.
I really remember he did look at his watch. But I don't have my first version of Keen 4, when I first played it, anymore.

I unlzexed Keen4e.exe and I looked with a hexeditor for 9f00 (chunck 159 is Keen looking at his watch), but I couldn't really find what I was looking for.

No... there was a version where Keen checked his watch. I remember it too. Unfortunately, my old copies of Keen got lost in a server crash. :/ Hmm... is there a 'shareware' version of Keen 4? (Like Monster Bash. There's a Shareware episode 1, and a registered version. Hmm?)

The abandoned graphic in ck1-3 is keen facing back. It's definately in ck1 but im not sure about the registered ones.

Yeah I've always wondered what that was for. And that sprite is only in Keen 1, not in 2 or 3. Maybe it was just a placeholder to make the same amount of CK sprites in all three games. (the second 2 have stunned keen instead of ice keen and Keen getting up instead of Keen facing backwards).

Xtraverse had a good point.
I think, even before reading the Commander Keen info (from 3D Realms) that I knew that Keen could moon you in POTM.
But I had no idea. And I could've sworn I saw keen's moon many years ago, but I probably didn't remember.
My Keen 4-5 games used to do heaps of bizarre things in my older computer.

If I remember correct there was something odd sprite in Keen 2 what wasn't used, and some art in tileset in Keen 1 what wasn't used and something BwB pic where Keen was inside the rocket in Keen 1.

"That's supposed to be one of his wait animations. So if you don't do anything and he just stands there, he's supposed to do that once in a while.
