Should have put in a "maybe" option....
I think it has a possible
potential to turn into World War III...
But if it does, I
think it will be of a different kind than the last 2, with the
opponents stealthy and hidden and the main victims of attacks being
unsuspecting civilians.

Bush is a major problem, the people behind him are in charge, the
lat thing we need right now is another war. in Ap US history class
our teacher said that tehcnically we are due for a war. wars happen
about every 20-30 years. i guess it all follows the thesis-
anti-thesis - synthesis theory of hegel.

This is just probably another one of those talks of war. Wasn't it
just a few years ago that Clinton almost made WW3 break out with
Sadam Hussein? Or something like that? This war is against
terrorism. Meanwhile, WW1 & WW2 were against the Nazi's and
other countries. Those were countries against other countries. What
this war is, is a war against terrorism and against terrorists and
not a nation.

"World War III". The key word here is
world. That
means that if the US go to war against some other country, it is not
a world war.
Oh, and by the way, there are enough nuclear
warheads to blow up the Earth 42 times. So if there's a World War
III, chances are great that we could call it the Last World War.

Nah, I think that although there are people as dumb as bushes in
charge of different nations, no-one would be stupid enough to start
a nuclear war, if they have any brains.

should be enough to go on for the moment.
Seriously, though,
an attack on Iraq could well have serious consequences: it might be
possible that Muslim countries could ally themselves against the US
(or the Western countries as a whole); remember that some of them
(Pakistan) do already have nuclear weapons capabilities.
I'm
not saying it's likely (I wouldn't know), but it's
possible.
I personally am against the war with Iraq: it's
blatantly obvious that US self-interest is the driving force behind
it.
