Gee, there's a frikkin' Dopefish swimming in the water, but hopping in is a great idea.  What's the worst that
could happen?
	The Dopefish is swimming in circles, chasing its tail.  It's occupied.  They just have to swim really fast.
	Commander Keen hops in the water and swims as fast as he can past the Dopefish.  The Boys from Britain follow, and
Street Scum is last.
	Once underwater, they survey their surroundings.  There is an empty Sprite that Keen drank while everyone else was
hopping in, there is some seaweed, and there is a mine blocking their path downward.
