Commander Keen begins running towards Windmill 39, hoping to find something of significance, although he soon
realizes that he has no clue what he is looking for.  How is he supposed to stop Mortimer from launching some more meteors
at Earth when he's investigating windmills?
	Commander Keen walks inside the windmill to find a stairway leading up.  It spirals along the interior of the
windmill, leading up to a wooden hatch on the ceiling above him.  Some inchworms crawl along the stairway.
