Re: Where's my Pogo!
Why should anyone play it?
I for one have played it.
It is at 640x480, and he expects it to scroll smoothly! It took me fifteen minutes just to fall through a hole! Plus, it just sucks for the same reasons his other two attempts at games did.
Just some friendly advice: don't waste your time downloading it.

Re: Where's my Pogo!
As I've said before, your computer must pretty darn slow. Maybe you should try getting an up to date comp. It runs perfectly fine on mine. And I think someone here is hacking into my account on homepage. Every file that I put on this messageboard is seeming to be deleted or something.
Maybe Pimento or eK can explain something about this.

Also, try changing your password for your webpage if you think someone's hacking into it. What would Pimento and eK know about your webpage? They don't have anything to do with it, do they? I don't think they do... but I guess I never asked them, but still...

I think he meant that they are knowledgeable about computers and could explain what is happening. That's the impression I got, at least.

Hey
I spent a lot of time on this demo. Its pretty weird.
Since Pimento's the only one that's played it, of course you'll think its bad cuz he hates me and will only put it down!

Re: Hey
I played it.
It runs fine on my computer (pentium 200), it has real, moving enemies instead of just cutscenes like Ck vs Ck.
The music isn't that bad, although I recognized it from that horror-3Dpinball game. The level design wasn't that bad, and the enemies sort-of made sense in the surroundings.
One thing lacking, though; a story. You should have done the story first, and then started working on your levels so that you know what design to give your levels, what enemies are appropriate, etc. etc. etc.
I think you should make a better name though; I think I know why you named it that way; there's no pogo in it, and you couldn't think up a better name because you didn't have a story yet. I trust that you'll change the name to better one when you make up a story.
Overall, I enjoyed the demo, unlike some other people... uhh... so far; I haven't played the whole thing yet, you see... :P
BTW, it doesn't shake on my computer.

Re:
I already have a vague idea of what the story will be. The no pogo has a lot to do with the story. Its no5t that well developed cuz I haven't had much time for it. A kid named Evan Zetorie gave me the idea. There will be 3D cutscenes (not very many) very different from Corey's. I will not have made one of them (only one) myself though. Yes I already have ideas on how the creatures will relate to the story.
Oh and thanx for tellin me where that music came from. I had all these midi files on my comp and I had no idea where they came from.
I'm glad someone appreciates my work.

Re: Where's my Pogo!
Played your game, and it was really cool. I first want to congratulate you on the awesome level layout! It was hard, but not so hard that you couldn't beat it. The gameplay's good, (except for the shaky thing) and I like the game all in all.
P.S. did you make the grafix? If not, it's still cool.
