Hmmm, slightly different dopefish.com intro :O
Some mins ago I ended up visiting good old www.dopefish.com/ .
Well, seems that the intro page is a bit different now (many probably think it looks a lot better now).
To enter the site you can click the sign, or click her "there" ( ) and you'll get a bit different image.. (I accidentally found that way to enter the site, I didn't look where I clicked..)   
I've got only one message for you:

Boy oh boy you sure haven't read your Dopefish.com Sluggy. 
"Flash Fish! In April of 2003, a noted Keen aficionado Sluggy created a really cool Dopefish Flash animation called "Dopefission" - using lots of graphics from this site. It was sort of inspired by the "All Your Base" craze. ...."
Search that from the site and you'll find..

ever tried drag 'n' drop into internet explorer? It's not perfect, (you'll see some unwanted graphics at the edges), but otherwise, quite adequate.

Where is that image of the brunette from?
It doesn't really look like Molly, so I suspect it's ripped from some other game or something.
I keep thinking about a racing game, but that's probably only because those have girls putting up signs for the drivers.

Possible, but she (as a game model) is a bit to ugly to be in the final game. Maybe she is from an early version?

Actually the original story is/was that Bombshell didn't immediately fall for Duke, which made him think she was homosexual.
(I assume that's what you mean with "queer" in this case.)
Then again it could be years before we see Duke Nukem Forever, so perhaps this has all changed by then.
