Save the Chasm!!!
In just over 58 hours from when I posted this message, The Chasm of Strife - thisstrife.com/sluggy/ (who brought you such memorable Keen things as the award-winning "Commander Keen: Ten Years On" and "Prank Call") will finally close its doors forever. I said I'd do it, and I will, now. At 2359hrs and 59 seconds on May 3, the Chasm will become a memory, simply an archive of comics and other Keen stuff.
However! There is a way to squeeze one more drop of vitalin out of this mimrock, as it were. See the latest update on my webpage to find out what you have to do... thisstrife.com/sluggy/tmstindex.htm

As much as I halfway believe you, I can't bring myself to accept it totally. This wouldn't be the first time that this "Yes, I am going to kill *comic x* off for good" "Kidding!" thing has shown up with your works. Pardon my skepticism.

I went to the site, and found a little loophole in your logic, TMST. I quote:

What you were probably thinking at the time was "10,000 hits" rather than 1000. (All this trouble over a missing zero!)

Nah I meant to say "a further 1000", since I'dalread ymentioned the goal of 10,000 and didn't want to scare everyone away with the big number-with-a-comma-in-it.
