Also, that file could've been about a megabyte smaller if you had just dropped using Install Maker and straight-out zipped the thing.

If you don't download this episode, you probably can't watch the future episodes properly because this install file contains dlls.

1. When Butch was watching TV, an ad for Shadowlands Episode 2 had come up for the 'Screenhog Network'.
2. When Vivey was walking into the "Horizon", Shadowlands Music Started & Xena said 'Okay this is gettin' really wierd!'

Next Episode : I will either make fun of Dopefission or S3's RotB trailer. Most likely make fun of Dopefission next episode because it's more suitable (hmmm... a clue...)
I wrote Ilsoap's name as a star in the credits (even though he didn't do or wanted to do anything in Bloogville), so I'll be making cameos of his animations throughout every episode.

Just downloaded it, even with my 56k modem and my reaction is somewhat similar to Ilsoaps:
"Huh?"
No offense, but the animation was... well... strange. It seemed disjointed and it was hard to understand the characters talking. It didn't make much sense either.

OK, well, I'll start with the good. I liked the viva. The viva had good expressions and movements some of the time, especially at the part where he/she was fighting that grabbiter (I'm assuming that was a grabbiter).
Bad: Um... storyline? What exactly was going on in the story? I could not, from watching it, tell you what the whole thing was about. Partly it was because I couldn't understand the voices, partly... it just didn't make sense. I know that I could find out the storyline by reading about it on your site, but I shouldn't have to. I should be able to understand it and enjoy it as I'm watching it. It was an all right first attempt, but please, PLEASE get a storyboard/script together for the next one. It helps a lot! (Trust me.)
Also, it was hard to tell which stuff was a TV show and which stuff actually was happening live. I think you had two different stories happening at once, but I'm not sure.

Yes, I had made a script & a storyboard. It was only bad due to lack of actors (and LinkTempleton signed up as Mortimer at the last minute so I refused.) and hard to make them show expressions when the actors don't have them.
I will post the storyboards for eps 1-2 very soon but here's the drafted script.
Act 1 = The Chungella's House
(Butch is watching TV)
Jill : Oh, Come back to bed Duke, I'm ready for some action... Now!

WTF?
As bizarre and sometimes difficult-to-hear as the Bloogville animation is, I'm still gonna support your noble cause by hosting the file on my server for a while... just while it's still too popular for Geosuckies. Great stuff. It made me laugh. 
I can't wait for episode two.... But please, maybe convert it to SWF as well as EXE, if possible. SWFs are typically smaller, even if not everybody can run them.

It was made in KNP, not flash. I don't know if KNP has it, but at least TGF+ has the ability to make it an online file, played with Vitalize.
This would be smaller by far. So if Unfleexable wants to send me the source file, I could build a .ccn and host it online.

No, it's not capable of being a SWF. But maybe, UnFleex, have you considered making it more of a comic form? Instead of actual voices, just have the words pop up in little comic bubbles? That would make it easier to understand what they're saying, and cut down the filesize by a lot. (much less wav files to deal with)

Yeah, my suggestion is either that, or get a better mic. Also, in MMF you can set sounds to be compressed, so it would decrease anyway if I built it.

Episode 2 is named 'Help Unwanted' for anybody who wanted to know. And there will be a will be a turn for the best for our favourite bucktoothed underwater critter (in the GBC version, he can only be found in Fribbulus Xax so this is a good break for me!).
Yes...  will be the star of episodes 2 & 3. (The End of Episode 2 & the beginning of episode 3).

argh...
i set my 56k modem to download this, and it did a miraculous job, downloading it in under an hour (hooray!) however... Xky's computer is apparently way too old to handle this animation--double-clicking the game-start icon gave me a "not enough memory" error. *sigh* had to uninstall it and delete it.
although the general feedback has been mixed bag so far, unFleex, don't let it dog you too much. my best advice to you is rather than try to set schedules, deadlines, and pump out volumes of stuff... instead pick one project and really focus on it--make sure it's got some quality control in it. show parts in progress to your friends, family, your dog... SOMEONE who can give you feedback. especially if they've never seen Keen before--someone coming in with no information can tell you a lot about your approach. often times what's in your head doesn't get truthfully conveyed in your work on paper/disk.
the script you posted had a couple of moments in it that made me join the crowd in just saying "huh?" like when the various Bloog children are firing down the chain of command as to who has to get Butch food--unless there was some obvious visual aid that the script left out, it was kind of hard to follow the "hey, you skipped me!" concept.
i shouldn't really open my mouth about this at all, considering i haven't seen it... but i doubt i'm going to get a chance to. my computer isn't up to snuff :-( besides, the more i talk about quality control now, the more i'm gonna get reamed when i release my 2nd mod sometime down the road *laugh* i'd better zip my lip tight and hide while i can.
i totally support any and all efforts you can make to switch to the SWF format with Flash... it loads faster, doesn't have to install anything, and best of all--Xky can actually SEE it! ;-) *bricked*
