3D Lightwave Yorp
Post attempt #5(when will I learn to copy my message to the clipboard before submitting?):
I decided to jump on the 3D Keen character bandwagon and so made up this yorp. Done in Lightwave 3D v7.5. Rendered with global illumination (yummy!). AVI is Divx encoded. Get Divx at www.divx.com.

It doesn't work
I downloaded DivX, and I tried to run it, but it keeps giving me errors. It won't start. Couldn't you make it a more universal file, like .mov? It doesn't require any codecs or anything.

Okay, made it an uncompressed quicktime .mov. It's also zipped up, needing a program like Winzip to crack open in order to get to the .mov. I know an uncompressed format sounds like it may bottleneck, but the animation is only 320x240 so I bet everyone will be ok. If anyone has trouble viewing it still, let me know. I'll recompress it with a native Quicktime codec, but it'll lose a whole lot of quality.

Hey, dude, please, could you make the avi too? Please, I don't have QuickTime and I hate it (QuickTime)! Screenshot in that site looked neat though..

Don't use WinZip, use UltimateZip. It does practically everything WinZip does, plus it's freeware (not shareware, not adware).
