I made this in PovRay, the hardest part was making the mouth.

Looks good!
Did you do it by writing the POV-Ray "code" or by an external editor? It seems to be built with blobs...

I wrote the code in PovRay, no external editor.
Everything that is green is part of a blob. The head, body, and feet are spheres and the eyestalk is a cylinder all in the blob. The eye and pupil are separate spheres. The mouth is a difference between a box and a cylinder and then that was differenced from the body. The tooth is a cylinder.

I think it would be better if you textured the pupil onto the eyeball.... if only to be able to rotate it.

Hmm...
The thought did cross my mind to put the pupil actually in the eye but for some reason I decided against it.
I've looked at it from the side and the thing that looks the most out of place is the tooth. Its just kinda stuck there.
