Keen Trivia!
Here's the idea: Post only the weirdest  way-out  who-knows  kind of Commander Keen questions that you can think of, or an answer to such a question. Whoever gets the right answer (as confirmed by the poster of the question) gets to do the next question. Each question must be numbered. So now to start:
1. How did the Vorticon Elite Guards show their loyalty to the Grand Intellect?

On a sidenote, keen falls a zillion stories and lives, but touches water and dies. Wow.

Korath III is correct.
Not sure about Keen 3, but Keen 4 is a trick question, since there's actual aliens called sprites in Keen 4.  Of course, you also don't say whether or not it's in easy, medium, or hard mode.

Snaily: since no-one has actually been waiting for confirmation of correctness before posting a question, I suggest that that rule be dropped. Instead, if a question was not answered (mostly) correctly, it should be re-asked. If it was answered mostly correctly, then the full answer can be posted.

Q12: Boobus Tuber is one of the few enemies actually killed (perpetually disabled) in Keen Dreams. Which are the others?

A12: As far as I know, there is no other enemy in KD that can be permanently taken out. However, you can normally lure the Gourds into a pit, which sends 'em packing for good. Attacking an enemy on the very edge of a platform will knock them off, so you could send them into a pit that way too. The Grapes and Watermelons are flat out invincible.

A14: Do lasers count as a hazard? If so, I think there are three.. The small, spinning flames, the lasers, and the long, spinning lights thing from the last level.

If so, where on earth/Vorticon VI was that written/said?
If wise Vorticons don't jump in the dark, and even unwise Vorticons don't jump in the dark, what does that make Young Vorticons?
What are you supposed to push exactly in Defense Tunnel Vlook?
(There's a "Push me" sign near a contraption, which is only a background image.)
Oh, and a question that actually has a proper answer, even though I didn't answer anything myself.
(I'll use Xtraverse's turn, since he didn't ask anything himself.)
18. What other contraption uses Space Amoeba cells to power it?
(Those Tantalus Rays switches are somewhat tantalizing indeed.)

18. The Mangling Machine also has those purple spark thingees, although they are never referred to in any documentation.

19. Wrong. (since this just leaves one option, I'll give you the answer...) All three vorticons episodes have light switches. They are never uses, and AFAIK don't do anything (except turn out the lights) in One and Three. But they're still there, and they still work.
Oh... Maybe my question was ambiguos. I meant how many of the episodes have light switches.
Anyway...

I was looking for background graphics of lightswitches which are just that, background images, but couldn't find anything anywhere, so I just guessed 2. 
In my humble opinion if something isn't actually used in the game, it's not part of the episode/story.
Therefore I say there's only lightswitches in the 2nd game.
It's a matter of opinion, I guess.
I'm still not sure about the first question...
And it seems all other Qs have been answered now.
So...
21. What are the green and blue things in the background in Bloogbase Recreational District?
There's posters of a Bloog rockstar with sunglasses, an earring and a mohawk, but what are the other things prominently displayed in the background?
(No, I have no idea myself.)

For the first question the answer is right, I think you can find it in keen 2 somewhere, in like the instructions, or in the keen 1-3 hints and cheats printout. I didnt look it up because I remembered reading it from when I was younger.

You can pick up the pogo in keen 2 as well IF...
If you edit the levels & place a pogo stick somewhere.
Maybe Keen 2 was in production while keen 1 was made and id was gonna make every keen game so you could pick the pogo up before you could use it or something but changed it. It's just a theory!

even the secret level teleporter is in there but ain't working.
and there's heaps of other stuff that isn't used too!
