Keens brother's idols decide the outcome of the election.
Apparently, someone has found a correlation between the outcome of the presidential election in the US and the american football-team Washington Redskins. And who might be the last team they meet before the big day? Why, the Keen-look-a-likes Green Bay Packers, of course!

I'm sure that's just coincidence - I don't think George W. Bush even plays Commander Keen...but if I find out he does, I'm going back to Jazz Jackrabbit!

Snopes.com Update: On 31 October 2004, the Green Bay Packers defeated the Redskins in Washington, 28-14, which — if the established pattern holds true — predicts that Democratic challenger John Kerry will unseat incumbent President George W. Bush in the upcoming presidential election.
Now we wait and see...

But does the candidate really make a difference? From what I've heard, Bush and Kerry are almost mirror images. Some of Kerry's policies are better, but the 'rich bastard' tax cuts and the bloated defence budget wouldn't change significantly under Kerry. We'll just have to wait and see.
If Keen eats all that sugar, why doesn't he get a coronary?
